We all have lots of bad habits.
I’m not talking about smoking or drinking too much (but you may want to consider those too).
It is hard to effect change.
We all have good intentions when it comes to this but it does not always go the way we planned.
So don’t try change the bad habits.
Just change one!
You see if you can change one bad habit and the positive outcomes are realized then it becomes easier to tackle the next and the one after that too.
