This is not a new topic but for me its one that in repeating or writing about it regularly I am not only practicing what I preach, but further, enhancing the concept.
Bit by bit everyday will effect changes.
Equally, not doing something everyday will also have an effect, probably not the desired one.
You see if we do small things daily they will compound into something bigger.
I can use suntanning as a great example – spending 2 hours in the sun everyday won’t give you skin cancer on day one – or even probably in the first few months – but after 5 or so years of doing this – chances of developing skin cancer are really high.
So – the idea of doing or not doing is a constant towards a future outcome.
