As strong as steel is a statement we are all familiar with.
Yet under certain conditions even steel gives in (albeit at over 1300℃) so we are not required nor expected to be strong all the time.
What we do need to do however, is not let anything stop us in our path.
Speedbumps and things out of our control will always lay in our path (Look at Covid, who saw that coming?)
The secret is to be strong when needed, be reliable when required and when it all seems a bit much, make sure you have someone to talk to that will help you get through or past the hurdle.
