Yesterday was Mother’s day.
We don’t show these special woman enough love everyday and so I hope you made an extra effort yesterday.
The role of a Mother is to care, protect and nurture.
We need to do the same for our businesses.
We need to appreciate that they are ours to love and watch grow, but also to make sure that we lead them on the right path.
I have spoken about reputation and personal brands before – this applies to your business too. You want to be the business that everyone loves, like the favourite child in the family.
So, be a mother, be caring and be awesome.
