I was thinking that maybe yesterday’s post was one-sided.
To clarify, I do believe we should experience pain in order to learn and develop but we don’t need to go looking for it.
Now that you understand the need for pain and loss to strive.
Look around at what leads to the pain points and think about how to mitigate.
I’m not contradicting myself but rather saying if you know it’s gonna hurt why do it again if we don’t learn from the negative we can never move towards more positive.
So, over the weekend I want you to to think about that which you could do differently that would ease the anxiety, mental or emotional stress and things that cause you pain.
Once you have these listed you have an action plan for avoidance.
