The know it all attitude will be the downfall of many great leaders, organisations and even empires! Ask the Romans!
The biggest challenge in continued growth is knowing that you are still growing, still learning and still susceptible to fail!
We get to a stage in our lives and careers where we either are experts or are perceived to be through simple achievements or even tenure!
If something is working for you, you don’t change it – so why do so many people stop seeing their coaches or mentors? Why do so many people stop training? Why do so many people stop learning?
It’s a human trait that causes it; arrogance!
Don’t fail because of your success. Succeed through continuing to do what you have done.
