But are you?
You see there is working hard and then there is busy being busy.
No one wants to work hard. It is genrally more a necessity.
So, if you are going to work, why not do it properly?
Don’t be busy, be productive.
So many people I work with don’t know the difference between the two.
It really is quite simple though.
If you plan your week ahead of time you then know what you have to do and can get on with doing it.
When you don’t plan, you are busy!

Ok – without a plan you have no direction. No focus and ultimately, reduced output.
It is easy to be busy – but the key is to be productive.
Spend the work day smashing things off your list so that you can have some down time at the end of the day rather than find yourself sitting till “vampire hours” (work sucking the life-force out of you) trying to get things done.
