So if you are not the loudest and most talkative in the room, if you not the first to jump up on the Karaoke stage you don’t need to worry.
Even though all the highly successful and famous people you think are comfortable in the lime-light and on the public stage – you would be wrong – they do what they have to on the stage but in their own and private time are quite and listening or learning rather than doing.
I’m not saying being an extrovert is a bad thing (I hope not as I definitely classify as one) I am saying that it is not a requirement to succeed.
In order to be a super achiever, you need to be super. Super loud or super quiet – it doesn’t really matter.
Just be Super.
