Want to achieve the big goals?

Sharing is caring!

Seeing I spoke about achieveing goals yesterday and how the mind is so important in doing so, I thought I would put a simple playbook down today:

To achieve a goal the secret is, do it slowly.

The old question: “How do you eat an elephant”?

Answer: “One bite at a time”!

This is so important in our lives.

Most of our goals or dreams are big, this in turn, makes them seem un-achievable.

So what do we do?

Give up?

This is easier right?

Here is a simple playbook:

  1. Identify what the goal really is.
  2. Set a (realistic) timeline to achieving it. Sometimes deadlines are thrust upon us but for this exercise lets say its up to us to choose.
  3. Work out all the things that you will need to get or do to reach this goal, the components.
  4. Work out how often and the frequency needed to do this and then,
  5. Do it!

Although these are simple and easy to understand more often than not people get stuck between points 3 and 4.

I am here to help if you need it – book a session with me and I will help you figure this out and get you on your journey to success.
