Is your business sustainable and diversified?
Sounds like a bit of an oxymoron. But the two are most definitely linked.
It is imperative that you source resources from sustainable sources.
This applies to physical and services. You can’t maintain or grow a business on limited resources. Even if your resources are precious and rare you still need to ensure continued supply.
Market diversity or sustainability is critical. If it’s a fad so is your business and financial sustainability. How many fidget spinners do you still see for sale?
If you getting all your business from one source or only have one main client you are in trouble. I know this from first hand experience.
Always think and plan ahead and keep asking yourself “What if?”
