This is the first lesson you need to learn about being a leader.
You, need to buy into theirs!
This applies to your customers, family and everyone actually.
People work for themselves. They work to earn a living and pay their bills and achieve their goals.
If you can understand what motivates people you can then position yourself and your offering to make them see that what you are doing is what they actually want and want to do or achieve.
This is a hard skill to master but if you get it right, you will reap the rewards.
