Yesterday I spoke about turning enemies into friends.
There is a saying, “He is a fair-weather friend”. This is someone who is not really a friend and is only there for the good times.
The measure of a good friend is the person that will give you a slap in the morning but save you from a burning house in the evening.
These are true friends – you see, these people will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.
They will be the only ones that will help you not make mistakes when you have doubts, they will be the ones to give you honest advise.
It is critical that you have people like these in your life. If you do, make sure you know who they are and treasure them. If you don’t, find one!
